When I welcome you to The Rosebine Clinic, there will be some modifications to the way that we work together. I am offering an enhanced service to ensure you get the time and attention that you need whilst keeping the in-person time limited to one hour and focused on hands-on treatment.
All of the changes that have been made have the goal of mitigating the risk of coronavirus transmission. In order to do this we need to minimise the time that we spend together in person and reduce the amount of speaking that we do. It will soon feel like the ‘new normal’ and I hope that you find your time here as relaxing as always.
Before you attend your appointment
I will be wearing PPE in line with current government guidance:
When attending an appointment, please
After your treatment, please avoid shaking the covers or your clothes. The treatment space and any other areas that have been visited will have ventilation increased and be cleaned thoroughly after every appointment.

Before you attend your appointment
- If you are attending your first appointment or you haven’t been to The Rosebine Clinic for some time, you will need to book a ½ hour online or phone consultation prior to your appointment. This gives us a relaxed opportunity to talk. We will discuss your medical history, your goals and agree a treatment plan. You will have plenty of time to ask any questions. To keep us all safe you will be screened for Covid-19 risk.
- Prior to a follow-up appointment I will contact you to have an update and to complete the Covid-19 screening.
