​Cancellation Policy

The Rosebine Clinic has a 48-hour cancellation policy.
If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the following fees may apply:

24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the appointment fee
